Step 1: Book in a free 30 minute event phone consult. We will talk you through the process of us working together to create the perfect event at 1000 Reasons.
SETTING THE SCENE
Step 2: A site visit to 1000 Reasons is the next step to discover the scope of your event to accurately give you an accurate quotation. Be prepared to dream what is possible.
IMPLEMENTATION
Step 3: Book in your date! At this stage we will go over the contract and lock everything in. Get excited welcome your guests!
Cooking Events
1000 Reasons cooking events are held throughout the year focusing on regional cuisines, fitpit sessions, guest chef apperances, and specialty skill sessions such as sausage making, cheese making and patisserie. Visit our calandar of events and book in with your families and friends for a fun filled time. Perfect for gifts, corporate events and fun things to do.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We are open Tuesday - Sunday 10am - 5pm. Special events will be annouced via our socials. In addition to our casual cafe, we also host an array of pop up events and cooking classes. You can view what's coming up here.
Is your venue licensed?
Yes, we are fully licensed for up to 100 guests.
How many guests can the venue accommodate for private functions?
We can comfortably host up to 100 guests for private events.
Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes please download our venue event brouchure via our events page here.
Can we erect a marquee or section off part of the grounds?
Yes, we have ample space to set up a marquee or create a private area for your event.
Can we stay overnight at the property?
Coming in late 2026, we’ll be offering three luxury Geodesic Domes for glamping accommodation. Bookings will open in June 2026.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children are always welcome. Please note, our property is a rural farm with plenty of open spaces for children to run.
Is your venue pet-friendly?
Yes — well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome! We simply ask that owners clean up after their pets.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes, we offer ample off-street parking for all guests.
What happens in bad weather — is there shelter available?
We offer both indoor and covered outdoor dining areas, though our picnic grounds and firepit are open-air spaces.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, 1000 Reasons is accessible for guests with mobility needs and wheelchairs. Please note that our driveway is unsealed, as we are located on a rural property.
Can I purchase a 1000 Reasons Gift Voucher?
Yes! E-Gift Vouchers are available for purchase and will be emailed directly to you. Please refer to the T&Cs in our online booking system for details.
