Guests are welcome to book on this website safely and securely. Our 100% secure payment options are designed to give you the flexibility to decide how you wish to pay for your accommodation. Payment must be received in full upon booking via a bank transfer (preferred) or credit card, noting we do not accept cash on arrival.
Booking directly on our 1000 Reasons website ensures you also get the very best price without inflated extra fees and charges from other OTA websites. We appreciate you prioritising dealing with us directly keeping Australian Tourism dollars here in Australia. A big thank you from us!
Can I book your property as long-term rental agreement?
We do not rent out the property for longer term stays greater than 30 days. This is a short term holiday offering only.
What is your cancellation policy regarding COVID-19?
During these difficult times we understand at short notice, cancellations and refunds are to be expected due to the ongoing Covid-19 health crisis. The below policies are in place to protect your money or future bookings with us.
Should your booking be inconvenienced by a sudden travel ban, we will refund your money less a 20% admin fee, or offer you a once off option to transfer the date(s).

Are there cooking facilities?
1000 Reasons is a very comfortable holiday offering providing you with everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy a truly luxurious holiday. Please take a look at our full list of amenities.
Can I bring my pets?
Unfortunately we do not accept pets at 1000 Reasons B&B for sanitisation reasons.
Do you accept children?
We are a family friendly accommodation provider, however we do NOT accept children/babies under 5 years of age on the property. Due to sanitisation, noise and hazards within the property, it is not suitable.
How many people can sleep at 1000 Reasons?
1000 Reasons B&B caters for up to 4 persons for overnight stays. Under no circumstances will we entertain any parties with outside persons visiting the property. Please read our terms and conditions pertaining to parties and disturbance.

How many car spaces are there?
There is space for 1 garaged car and additional 3 car parking spaces at the end of the driveway for guests staying with us. For wedding entourages we recommend either using up the 3 car parking spaces or parking down towards the One Tree Hill Picnic Ground just a very short walk away. Under no circumstances should visitors park on neighbouring curb side properties, noting cars will be towed with substantial costs for release of vehicles.
Can I leave a vehicle on the property the day before my check-in date?
No we do not allow storage of any vehicles on the property outside of your booked stay with us.
Is the property accessible for disabilities?
Parking is accessible with clear bitumen pathways to the cottage, however the entrance to the cottage itself has 3 small steps and small landing step leading inside the cottage. This is not wheelchair accessible but perhaps ok for someone with a walking stick.
Inside the cottage is on one level with wooden floors and open plan living. 2 separate bedrooms both spacious with woollen carpets, all switches at 1meter from floor. The bathroom does not have a roll in shower or toilet. The rear garden is accessible via bitumen pathway. The rear deck has very steep stairs leading of the back deck that is not accessible.
Can I book your accommodation for my wedding preparations?
We do allow wedding entourages with maximum of 10 persons at any one time on the property, however we do charge an extra $150 cleaning/sundry fee and a fully refundable $500 bond that will be returned to you on your check-out day. All other terms & conditions are applicable, inclusive of no children/babies under the age of 5 allowed on the property at any time.
Guests will be supplied with a detailed pdf that should be passed onto your entourage explaining parking and directions to the property.

We do not allow wedding ceremonies to take place on the property.
Can I get a late checkout?
Our normal check-out time is 11am. Later than 11am may be possible if there is no incoming guests within the next 24hrs. Please contact us to see if we can accomodate you.
Can I request an earlier check-in time?
Our normal check-in time is 3pm. Unfortunately windows of earlier check-in times are rare due to our very thorough cleaning and preparation processes. Please contact us to see if we can accomodate you.
